The 2022 Asian Cup in memory of Beket Mahmudov among juniors in Almaty, Kazakhstan has come to an end.

The national team of Uzbekistan successfully participated in the competition, which was held at the Baluan Sholak Sports Palace. As a result of two days of uncompromising competitions, our compatriots won 11 gold, 6 silver and 12 bronze medals, a total of 29 medals.

The national team of Kazakhstan took the second place with 3 gold, 8 silver and 18 bronze medals. The national teams of Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan are in the second place.

In particular, Masharipova Khosiyat, a student of group 951-20 of the Urgench branch of TUIT named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, took the 3rd place on the podium. On behalf of the faculty and students of the branch, we sincerely congratulate Khosiyatkhan.
