Brief information on the general activities of the Human Resources Department

Laws of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees and Orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, National Training Program, Law on Education, Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education and Upbringing of the Young Generation orders, orders, regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Information Communications and Technology Development of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and The staff of the Urgench branch of TUIT works in accordance with the Charter, regulations, instructions and relevant instructions.

          The branch follows the internal labor regulations, regulations, rules of supervision, labor discipline, job descriptions, organizes the work of employees in accordance with the established rules and regulations.

         The Human Resources Department’s faculty, assistants, and administrative and service staff and student work inspectors organize the work directly in accordance with the assignments and instructions of the Head of Human Resources. Follows the instructions in the prescribed manner. Their activities are supervised by the head of the department.

          Makes proposals to the management on staffing.

          Together with the management of the branch organizes the provision of professors, assistants, administrative and service staff with specialization and qualifications, whose level of work and style can meet the requirements.

          Organizes productive and efficient work to achieve the goals set in the National Training Program and its implementation.

          The branch coordinates the staffing schedule with the finance and planning department and works according to the staffing schedule.

Establishes and organizes collaboration with other organizations on personnel issues.

          Recruitment, dismissal, reassignment, leave and early recall of professors, assistants, administrative and service staff, additional leave, competition , controls the timing of certification.

        General control over the observance of the internal regulations of the Branch and non-violation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, incentives, financial assistance, disciplinary measures for faculty, teaching and assistant staff Makes proposals to the management in consultation with the dean and heads of departments.

          Conscripts shall, in cooperation with the relevant department (Section 2), maintain and monitor the records of juveniles of conscription age.

          Organizes dialogues to attract undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate graduates to work in the branch.

          Forms personal files, personal cards (Form T-2), personal references (lenses) of professors, assistants, administrative and service staff and students, organizes their maintenance in the prescribed manner and .mehnat.uz system.

          Supervises the correct and accurate completion of diploma forms and applications by graduates.

          The use of employment records and diploma forms controls the maintenance of accounts.

          Keeps records of employees who have reached retirement age, prepares the necessary documents for their timely retirement.

          Forms and maintains sick leaves.

          Maintains statistical reports in the prescribed form for professors, assistants, administrative and service staff with a qualification category in the branch.

          Every month, the Urgench City Employment Assistance Center provides information on quota places and vacancies (vacancies).
