Starting from the 2022/2023 academic year, the procedure for the participation of persons with a national or international certificate of the appropriate level in competitions for admission to the master's program and specialties of postgraduate education of higher educational institutions is introduced. In this case, for philological specialties, at least a national or equivalent international certificate of level C1 is required , and for non-philological specialties, a national or equivalent international certificate of level B2 .
