Online application for transfer of study has started

For the 2023/2024 academic year, applications for transferring and resuming student studies at republican higher education institutions are accepted through the following electronic systems:

            transfer.edu.uz — from one HEI of the republic to another HEI or within one HEI;

            my.uzbmb.uz - from foreign and non-state higher education institutions.

Admission will run from July 15 to August 5, 2023 _(also on this day)_.

Required documents:

• application (online)
• transcript or rating notebook or academic reference ( JPG or PDF form )

We remind you that transferring students' studies from one state higher education institution to another is allowed only in the following cases:

a student applies to transfer his studies to a higher education institution in the area where his spouse permanently lives in connection with starting a family;

When employees of state bodies change their place of work, their spouse or minor child applies for transfer of studies, based on the recommendation of the head of the relevant ministry (department) ;

Please note that documents will be re-checked once the tests have been completed in order to avoid illegal situations related to the transfer of studies from abroad. If false documents are found in this process, and there are debts in the higher education institution, the student will not be allowed to transfer his studies, even if he scores higher than the passing score.
