Duties of the Head of the Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment:
Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Resolutions, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, letters of instruction, modemograms and telephone messages, as well as 'Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of BRANCH orders related to the process of navigation and enlightenment;
To inform students about the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
General management of all activities and staff of the department;
Develop and implement departmental work plans;
It is aimed at educating students in the spirit of devotion to national and universal values, expanding their spiritual, aesthetic, moral outlook, protecting their thinking from the influence of various inhumane ideas and cultivating them as true devotees of independent Uzbekistan. organization of work;
Ensuring the spiritual and educational activities of the BRANCH;
To organize work on formation of moral, aesthetic, political education among students;
Organization of conferences, roundtables, meetings and activities aimed at improving the legal culture, based on national traditions and values;
Helping to improve the work done to improve the spiritual and physical development of students;
To determine the priorities of spiritual, educational and pedagogical work at the University, to develop relevant normative documents, measures and work plans in this regard;
Participate in the improvement of spiritual and educational work in cooperation with the city and district departments of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, as well as foundations and public organizations operating in the country;
Organization and control of spiritual and educational work in the faculties of the BRANCH;
Ensuring the implementation of orders and instructions of the Ministry and the Rector of the BRANCH on spiritual and educational work at the faculties;
Analyze and make recommendations on the work done by the deans of faculties and heads of departments on spiritual and educational issues;
Ensuring and monitoring the full implementation of the item related to the field of "Spiritual and educational work" in the annual workload of professors and teachers;
At the end of each semester to provide reports on the work of the vice-deans for spiritual and educational work of the faculties;
To make suggestions and recommendations on material and moral stimulation of the faculty, department and department staff, who have shown good initiative in improving the spiritual and educational work;
Dissemination of best practices of BRANCH departments, public organizations, faculties and departments in the field of spirituality, enlightenment, organization of preparation and publication of relevant scientific and methodological literature;
Regularly provide information and reports on the activities of the Center and the work done to the management of the BRANCH and the Ministry in the prescribed manner;
To perform one's duties conscientiously.
