• Organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;
• Organization of research and international relations on the basis of state educational standards and training of qualified personnel;
• Ensuring that all deans and heads of departments, heads of departments and teachers are fully aware of the content of knowledge and the set of requirements for the level of training in accordance with state educational standards;
• Organize the implementation of orders, directives and instructions of higher authorities, decisions of the Branch Council and the director's orders on issues related to research and international relations;
• To study the development trends of the education system of advanced countries, to develop scientific methods and tools for the implementation of the tasks set out in the Law "On Education", the "National Training Program" and other laws on education and their ensure implementation;
• Preparation of proposals and organization of work in the field of activity;
• Coordination, organization and control of the work of departments and deans, providing scientific work and international relations;
• Organization of scientific conferences, methodological council and pedagogical skills of the Branch, management of scientific work, generalization of advanced methodological experience, control;
• The process of preparation and publication of scientific materials, including journals and collections of scientific works by the staff of the Branch, as well as the general replenishment of the library fund with scientific periodicals in all areas of education and research activities of the Branch to lead;
• Management and assistance in the process of searching, selection and work with talented young people, training of prestigious scholarship winners of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and others among students and interns;
• Organize and monitor the recruitment process;
• Take action against employees who violate executive discipline, prepare proposals for termination of contracts with them;
• Preparation of proposals for the establishment of faculties and departments in cooperation with related higher education institutions of foreign countries in order to improve the content of education, to ensure the training of specialists in accordance with international requirements;
• Establishing relations with foreign higher education institutions, organizing and supervising conferences, symposia, seminars on higher education;
• In accordance with the established procedure to carry out work on scientific and international relations aimed at improving the activities of the Branch;
• The process of preparation and publication of materials of scientific works, including journals and collections of scientific works by the staff of the Branch, as well as educational and methodological and scientific periodicals in all areas of educational and scientific activities of the institution. provide general guidance on deportation;
• Coordinating the planning, organization and conduct of scientific, practical conferences and ensuring the participation of faculty and staff of the Branch in scientific conferences of other organizations and enterprises, promoting the formation of scientific schools of the Branch, any effective scientific activity. to carry out incentive work;
• Ensuring the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff in the branch through the development of master's degree, trainee-researcher-researcher or senior researcher-researcher, as well as assistance in timely acquisition of academic titles and opening of specialized councils;
• Managing and assisting the process of searching for, selecting and working with talented young people;
• Participate in the formation and approval of the theme, content of the research part of foreign grants in cooperation with the international department, implementation of all research, projects and grants, monitoring of scientific conferences, preparation and submission of all necessary reports for higher organizations ;
• Management of the process of preparation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from among interns, researchers from Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and other prestigious scholarship recipients;
• Creation of the necessary material and technical base for the development of scientific activity in the branch, management and coordination of the process of providing and distribution of appropriate scientific equipment;
• Conscientious performance of official duties.
