An event dedicated to the 583rd anniversary of the birth of Alisher Navoi and the 541st anniversary of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur was held at the Urganch branch of TATU named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi.
At the event, the works of our grandfathers, who were the sultan of poetry, a great thinker and statesman, were discussed with deep reflections. A number of ghazals were analyzed and explained by I. Hajiyeva, head of the department of Uzbek language and social sciences.
During the event, he proudly presented to the audience examples of creations of Navoi's and Babur's elegant works and high respect for the science of Sufism. It was also noted that special attention is being paid to making our youth enjoy the noble ideas of our grandfathers' works, and educating young men and women in the spirit of high respect for the heritage of our great ancestors.
