A meeting on "Preventing the spread of drugs and psychotropic substances among young people" was held in the Urganch branch of TATU named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi as part of the Student Safety Month.
The meeting was attended by Rahimov Rasul, Head of the Organizational-Methodical Department of the Republican Specialized Narcology Dispensary, Avazov Khushnud, Advisor to the Branch Director, Zaripov Jaloladdin, Regional IIB Officer, Polvonov Bakhtiyor, Regional IIB Officer, as well as officials of the DSC, branch officials and students. they did.
At the meeting, he gave information to the students about the causes of drug addiction, its negative consequences, the harmful consequences of consuming psychotropic substances, powerful drugs, and the crimes that occur in the regions under the influence of these diseases. In addition, propaganda activities were carried out to students about not becoming victims of this type of crime and careful use of social networks.
At the end of the meeting, an impressive video was shown to young students about the consequences of serious crimes.
