The winners of the "Director's Cup" competition among women have been determined
In order to implement the tasks of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4954 dated January 14, 2021 “On measures to further develop and popularize chess and improve the system of training chess players” and to widely publicize and promote chess as an intellectual sport, the “Director's Cup” competition with a prize fund of 20 million is being held at the Urgench branch of TUTU.
The 1st stage of the “Director's Cup” was held from October 25 to November 20, 2024 among the faculty, staff and students of the branch (separately for men and women). The winners of the branch stage were determined among women.
1st place Jumaniyozova Dilnavoz Yangiboy qizi
2nd place Sultanova Shakhlo Yusufbayevna
3rd place Rajabbboyeva Mukhlisa Umarbek qizi
The winners of the “Director’s Cup” in the chess sport will be encouraged in the following order (separately for men and women):
1st place 5 million soums,
2nd place 3 million soums,
3rd place 2 million soums.
