The library conducts various activities and methods with readers:
- Exhibitions of new literature will be held;
- Newsletters are always opened for new literature;
- The library's book collection includes a traditional reader's catalog (systematic and alphabetized), systematic index cards of articles on communication, thematic index cards on current questions of the republic's current life, and a wide information apparatus. Currently, ARM serves more than 1965 users, including 10 undergraduate and 10 graduate students, 60 professors and teachers, and 108 university employees.
The general fund of ARM consists of 9007 copies in 3113 titles, of which:
- Scientific literature 807 titles/2414 copies;
- Textbooks 364 titles/ 1606 copies;
- Educational manuals 558 names/ 2401 copies;
- Fiction literature is 257 titles/ 764 copies
The fund of electronic documents has 10955 titles, including:
- Electronic textbooks 3500,
- Electronic training manuals 3642,
- Electronic scientific literature 1711,
- Electronic political literature, 1562
- Electronic fiction, 540
