Organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees and orders, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training; 

• Organization of spiritual and educational work and training of qualified personnel; 
• Organizing the implementation of orders, orders and instructions of official higher organizations, decisions of the Scientific Council of the Branch and orders and orders of the director on issues related to spiritual-educational and educational processes;
• Coordinating and controlling the work of departments and deaneries that provide spiritual-educational and educational processes; 
• Approving work plans related to the spiritual-educational process of departments, faculties and departments and monitoring their implementation; 
• Development of proposals for the staffing of professors and teachers and teaching staff, participation in the organization of providing departments and departments with qualified personnel;
• Implementation of permanent cooperation with higher education institutions in the spiritual and educational direction, ensuring the active participation of professors and teachers in conferences and seminars, working in cooperation with local authorities; 
• Determine and analyze the annual rating of the Branch in the established order, and carry out work related to the improvement of spiritual and educational activities;
• Active participation in regular internal attestation of the branch, preparation for external attestation and transfer. To ensure the training of highly educated and qualified personnel with high moral and ethical qualities, who are capable of independent thinking; 
• Coordinating the activities of departments and ensuring their active participation in the spiritual and educational work of the Branch; 
• To inculcate the national idea in the minds of students, to form practical and effective mechanisms for spiritual and moral education, to manage and consistently improve the spiritual and educational process; 
• Development of current and prospective plans of spiritual and educational work and creation of a system of monitoring their strict implementation; 
• Coordination of activities of branch community organizations, development of necessary normative and methodological documents, practical action plans for the system of spiritual and educational work;
• Organization of timely clarification of the decrees and decisions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to students and professors. For this purpose, it is necessary to constantly increase legal literacy, organize special courses, organize spiritual and educational meetings, debates, dialogues, interviews, question-and-answer events on various topics; 
• To deliver the documents received by the Ministry on spiritual and educational issues to the Branch team on time and ensure their implementation; 
• Losing the mood of spiritual education in students and forming the need for continuous development of their thinking;

         Working in cooperation with law enforcement agencies to implement legal education and prevent crime; 

• Organization of a system of conveying information about the country and international life to pedagogues, students and the general public; 
• Preparing and publishing scientific, methodological and practical literature, manuals on spiritual and educational issues; 
• Providing methodological and informational literature, manuals, etc. of the humanities and socio-economic departments, studying and analyzing the issues of potential and qualification of professors and teachers, preparing relevant proposals;
• Preparation of relevant proposals on the formation of the composition of the commissions of the final state attestation of humanities and socio-economic sciences;
• Implementation of spiritual-educational activities, organization of creative-artistic, sports-health clubs to organize meaningful free time of students; 
• Improving the activities of branch sports clubs, training students in sports, ensuring their active participation in "Universiade" sports competitions; 
• To regularly monitor the conditions of student residences in the branch to ensure that they fully meet the requirements of the students living there; 
• Organization of reading and learning of fiction among students, especially high-level works of art created in the years of independence in Uzbekistan. For this purpose, organizing special reviews, readers' conferences, meetings with authors and writers, encouraging the winners for the best interpretation, analysis and review of works of art.

          Enrichment of branch information-resource center with various artistic, journalistic works, scientific and popular publications; 

• Controlling issues of ensuring continuous and high-quality operation of the branch's sports and wellness, recreation, cultural recreation systems; 
• To be aware of the financial situation of orphans, disabled or low-income students from families with many children and to carry out appropriate work aimed at their social protection;
• Organization and control of the work of faculties and the Branch in cooperation with students' parents, local authorities, charity funds, neighborhoods; 
• Ensuring the regular publication of multi-copy and wall newspapers, organizing continuous coverage of the work being carried out on spiritual and educational issues in the Branch; Organization of competitions, festivals, artistic amateur clubs, reviews and Olympiads regularly; 
• To ensure the active participation of professors and teachers and students in various public works and events at the republican, regional and city levels; 
• Making proposals and developing measures for spiritual-educational and educational activities and improving their efficiency;
• Implementation of appropriate work aimed at the norms of etiquette and culture of behavior in the interaction between professor-teacher and students; 
• To improve the activity of the "Master-Apprentice" system and ensure its development based on our national values;
• Coordination and control of activities of teachers and trainers; 
• Organization of cooperation with the mass media, organization of media coverage of employees' appearances at events held at the Branch; · Conscientious performance of one's official duties.
