Duties of the head of the youth work, spirituality and enlightenment department:

• Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Decisions, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, instructions, modemograms and telephonegrams, as well as Ensuring and monitoring the execution of BRANCH orders related to spirituality and enlightenment process;
• Delivering to students the contents of decrees and decisions adopted by the President and the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• General management of all activities and employees of the department;
• Drawing up work plans of the department and ensuring their execution;
• Education aimed at educating students in the spirit of loyalty to national and universal values, expanding their spiritual, aesthetic, moral outlook, protecting their thinking from the influence of various inhumane ideas, and making them true devotees of independent Uzbekistan. organization of religious affairs;
• To ensure the conduct of events related to the spiritual and educational work carried out in the BRANCH;
• Establishing the formation of moral, aesthetic, political education among students;
• Organization of conferences, roundtable discussions, meetings and activities aimed at increasing legal culture based on national customs and values;
• Help to improve the work done in order to improve the spiritual and physical maturity of students;
• Determining the priorities of spiritual, educational and educational work at the university, developing relevant normative documents, measures and work plans in this regard;
• Participation in the improvement of spiritual and educational work in cooperation with the city and district departments of the Republican "Spirituality and Enlightenment" Center, as well as foundations and public organizations operating in our country;
• organization and control of spiritual and educational work in BRANCH faculties;
• Ensuring the execution of the orders and instructions of the Ministry and BRANCH Rector on spiritual and educational affairs in the faculties;
• Analyzing the work done by faculty deans and department heads on spiritual and educational issues and making recommendations;
• Ensuring and controlling the full implementation of the clause related to the field of "Spiritual-educational works" in the annual study load of professors-teachers;
• At the end of each semester, providing reports on the work of the faculties' deputy deans for spiritual and educational affairs;
• Making suggestions and recommendations for material and moral stimulation of faculty, department and department team activists who have shown good initiative in improving spiritual and educational work;
• Publicizing the best experiences of BRANCH departments, public organizations, faculties and departments in the field of spirituality and enlightenment, organizing the preparation and publication of relevant scientific and methodological literature;
• Regularly provide information and reports to the management of the BRANCH and the Ministry on the activities of the center and the work done;
• Conscientious performance of one's official duties.
