Duties of the head of the international cooperation department:
1. Implementation of general leadership over the activities of the department in accordance with the regulations;
2. Formalization of cooperation agreements with foreign universities and organizations;
3. Reception of delegations from foreign universities and organizations through the management;
4. Assisting foreign guests invited to the university with visa issues within the law;
5. Passports of university employees and, if necessary, students abroad
Assisting in the processing of visas;
6. Announcement of proposals for the exchange of students, teachers, doctoral students and researchers with foreign universities, organizations and programs to appropriate departments and deaneries to do;
7. Conduct negotiations with foreign partners to send professors and staff to improve their qualifications and send students to study abroad;
8. Conducting negotiations and organizing work on contacting international organizations, embassies, representative offices, foundations and inviting them to the university to hold meetings, lectures and seminars with foreign specialists and experts;
9. Taking control of various foreign projects, grands, programs and various foreign-related centers operating in the university and their
providing information to the management;
10. Distribution of management assignments to department employees according to the established procedure and control of their timely execution;
11. Planning of the department's economic issues;
12. Organization of meetings with foreign partners regarding the university's entry into the international ranking and their supervision;
13. Study and implementation of foreign experiences on strategic development and internationalization of the university;
14. Preparation of quarterly and annual reports of the department.
